Opinion

No. 62842.

August 22, 1978. Rehearing Denied August 31, 1978.

In re: Entertainment Specialists, Inc., applying for writ of certiorari, (review), prohibition and mandamus. Parish of Caddo.

Writ granted. It is ordered that film seized be returned to relator; further ordered that injunction be vacated and set aside. See Roaden v. Kentucky, 413 U.S. 496, 93 S.Ct. 2796, 37 L.Ed.2d 757 (1973).

SANDERS, C. J., and SUMMERS, J., dissent from the order returning this film, since, in their opinion, the film is held under a valid order of the district judge.
