STATE OF LOUISIANA v. LANCE ELLIS

In Re: Lance Ellis, applying for supervisory writs, 23rd Judicial District Court, Parish of Ascension, Nos. 32300-1 & 29911.

BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. Relator does not seek review of a ruling by the lower court. Noting that relator is still represented by counsel, the district court properly forwarded the motions at issue to relator's counsel for his consideration. Thus, at this point in the proceedings this writ application presents nothing for this Court to review.
