STATE of Iowa, Plaintiff–Appellee, v. Matthew Joseph ELLIOTT, Defendant–Appellant.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Polk County, Richard G. Blane II, Judge. Matthew Elliott appeals his convictions of willful injury causing serious injury and child endangerment causing death following a jury trial. AFFIRMED. Mark C.
