Information charging the defendant with the crimes of assault in the third degree on a victim sixty years of age or older and robbery in the third degree, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, and tried to the jury before Leuba, J.; after the court granted the defendant's motion for judgment of acquittal on the assault charge, verdict and judgment of guilty of robbery in the third degree, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
