       PER CURIAM.

       This appeal is before us on a Clerk's transcript. Defendant was by Information charged with contributing to Juvenile Delinquence contrary to Section 233.1, Code 1950, I.C.A. He entered a plea of guilty. From the judgment entered thereon, defendant has appealed.

       We have examined the record and finding no error therein the judgment appealed from is affirmed.

       Affirmed.
