ORDER

PER CURIAM James Easley ("Appellant") appeals from his conviction of the class D felony of parental kidnapping ("Count III"), in violation of Section 565.153 RSMo. Appellant was also convicted of the class C felony of endangering the welfare of a child, in violation of Section 568.045; the class D felony of resisting arrest, in violation of Section 575.150; and the class A misdemeanor of domestic assault in the third degree, in violation of Section 565.074. The Circuit Court of St. Louis County sentenced Appellant as a prior and persistent offender to 22 years' incarceration in the Missouri Department of Corrections.

We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and find no error of law. No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. However, the parties have been furnished with a memorandum for their information only, setting forth the facts and reasons for this order.

The judgment is affirmed pursuant to Rule 30.25(b).
