In Re: James F. Earl, applying for supervisory writs, 22nd Judicial District Court, Parish of Washington, No. 11-CR5-112566. BEFORE: GUIDRY, WELCH, AND THERIOT, JJ.

WRIT DENIED IN PART; GRANTED IN PART. The record of the Washington Parish Clerk of Court's Office reflects the district court acted on relator's "Motion to Quash and/or Motion Challenging the Constitutionality of La. C.Cr.P. Art. 782" on December 17, 2012. The district court is instructed to act on the "Motion to Suppress Interview" filed June 22, 2012, if it has not already done so.
