STATE of Louisiana v. Willie DUNN

Petitioner was apparently convicted by a non-unanimous jury verdict. Therefore I would grant this writ application and remand to the district court with instructions to stay the relator's application for post-conviction relief until the United States Supreme Court issues its ruling in the case of Ramos v. Louisiana , ––– U.S. ––––, 139 S.Ct. 1318, 203 L.Ed.2d 563 (2019).
