STATE of Iowa, Plaintiff–Appellee, v. Jacque Donzell DUKES, Defendant–Appellant.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Black Hawk County, David F. Staudt, Judge. The defendant appeals from his convictions for first-degree robbery, firstdegree burglary, willful injury causing serious injury, and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver while in possession of a firearm following a jury trial.
