STATE OF LOUISIANA v. CLARENCE DUDLEY


In Re: Clarence Dudley, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 04-02-0314. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.

WRIT DENIED ON THE SHOWING MADE. Relator failed to include a copy of the district court's ruling on his motion to correct an illegal sentence and other portions of the district court record that might support the claims raised in his writ application. In the event, relator raised these claims with this court in the first instance, this court is limited to the review of lower court rulings or the failure to act on a properly filed petition.
