STATE OF LOUISIANA v. RALPH DOROSAN

In Re: Ralph Dorosan, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 08-08-0489. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., GUIDRY AND McCLENDON, JJ.

WRIT DENIED AS MOOT. The records of the Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish reflect that on March 17, 2017, the clerk mailed to relator copies of the bill of information, the sentencing court minutes, the criminal commitment order, and the Boykin transcript. Thus, relator's request for enforcement of the district court's order is moot.
