ORDER OF AMENDMENT


IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the designation of the members of the court considering the above-entitled matter reflected on the Summary Disposition Order, filed July 5, 2001, is amended to read: "(By: Moon, C.J., Levinson, Nakayama, and Ramil, JJ. and Intermediate Court of Appeals Associate Judge Lim, assigned by reason of vacancy)."

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original summary disposition order.
