ORDER OF AMENDMENT


In the above-entitled appeal, the memorandum opinion of the court, filed September 11, 2001, is hereby amended as follows: At page 1, paragraph 1, line 2, after the word "judgment", the following phrase "entered by District Court Judge James H. Dannenberg" is added so that line 2 reads:

appeals the April 7, 2000 judgment, entered by District Court Judge James H. Dannenberg, convicting her of two counts

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
