Opinion

No. 81-K-1890.

July 30, 1981.

In re Larry Derryberry, applying for writ of review, and stay order. Parish of East Baton Rouge. No. 9-80-525.

Since relator's sentence has been suspended and relator has been placed on probation, there is no necessity for a stay of execution of sentence pending consideration of the merits of relator's application. The stay order is denied, but relator may apply for a stay of execution if the situation changes before disposition of the application.
