STATE of Wisconsin, Plaintiff–Respondent, v. Theodore DeNORMANDIE, Defendant–Appellant.

Id., ¶ 31. In Gralinski, the court held that the affidavit was not stale even though it was offered two and one-half years after Gralinski was first identified through the use of his credit card on a website. (Emphasis added.) The court sentenced DeNormandie to three years of initial confinement and five years of extended supervision.
