STATE of Wisconsin, Plaintiff–Respondent, v. Ryan C. DEMARS, Defendant–Appellant.

The postconviction motion argued that possession of the images in a temporary internet folder did not establish that Demars actually viewed the photos, and that the expert's conclusion cast doubt on the probative value, and thus, the admissibility, of the other acts evidence. On appeal, Demars argues that the trial court erred by denying his plea withdrawal motion without a further evidentiary hearing.
