In re Charles Delavallade, applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus and prohibition. Parish of Orleans. No. 276-163.
Granted and remanded to the trial court for an evidentiary hearing; if relator's plea of guilty to the burglary charge was the result of a plea bargain under which relator was to receive a suspended sentence (illegal because he was not a first offender) he should be permitted to withdraw his plea.
