UPON DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR POSTCONVICTION RELIEF. MOOT. Cr. A. Nos. IN-98-01-0305, IN98-01-0307


ORDER

This 10th day of October, 2001, upon review of the Petition filed by the Defendant and the record in this case, it appears that:

On August 24, 2001, Defendant, William Defoe, filed a Motion for Postconviction Relief pursuant to Superior Court Criminal Rule 61, in the above-captioned criminal action numbers. Review of the record in this case shows that the Court discharged Defendant from probation on June 29, 2001. Defendant is currently incarcerated on unrelated charges.

Therefore, for the foregoing reasons, the Court hereby declares Defendant's motion to be MOOT.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
