Information charging the defendant with the crimes of manslaughter in the first degree and manslaughter in the first degree with a firearm, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain, geographical area number fourteen, and tried to the jury before Corrigan, J.; verdict and judgment of guilty of manslaughter in the second degree with a firearm, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
