Opinion

The petition by the state of Connecticut for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 156 Conn.App. 175, 111 A.3d 567 (2015), is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the evidence was insufficient to support the defendant's convictions for carrying a pistol without a permit and unlawful possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle?”EVELEIGH, J., did not participate in the consideration of or decision on this petition.
