Applicant State of Louisiana seeks expedited review only of the trial court's August 20, 2024, denial of the State's "Motion to Reconsider the Court's Ruling Granting Defendant's Motion for the Appointment of a Sanity Commission." Exercise of this Court's supervisory jurisdiction is not warranted. On the showing made, this writ is denied.
