In Re: Davede Daviller, applying for supervisory writs, 22nd Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Tammany, Nos. 257854, 271269 & 235453. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHM, JJ.
WRIT DENIED ON THE SHOWING MADE. This court cannot properly address the claim presented in this writ application. Relator failed to include a file-stamped copy of the December 10, 2001 application for postconviction relief, the June 3, 2004 transcript, the November 17, 1997 guilty plea transcript, a file-stamped copy of the Motion to Set Aside Guilty Plea, the January 28, 2013 application for postconviction relief, all district court rulings pertaining to any postconviction filing in case numbers 235453, 257854 and 271269, and any other portions of the district court record that might support the claims raised in writ application. Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. See Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rules 2-18.7 & 4-9. In the event relator elects to file a new application with this court, the application shall be filed on or before April 9, 2019. Any future filing on this issue should include the entire contents of this application, the missing items noted above, and a copy of this ruling.
