The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 153 Conn.App. 419, 101 A.3d 355, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly construe General Statutes § 54–84b in concluding that the statements made by the defendant were not subject to the marital communication privilege?”
