Granted with Per Curiam.

Treating this appeal from a non-appealable ruling, see State v. Johnson, 342 So.2d 863 (La. 1977), as an application to our supervisory jurisdiction, Louisiana Supreme Court Rule I, Section 11, the judgment setting aside the bond forfeiture is annulled. See La.R.S. 15:87(B) (1966) and State v. Watson, 249 La. 789, 191 So.2d 500 (1966).
