THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellant v. JB DANIEL, Appellee

From the 216th Judicial District Court, Bandera County, Texas

Trial Court No. CR-12-002

N. Keith Williams, Judge Presiding

ORDER

The State is appealing the granting of the defendant's motion to suppress. On November 13, 2013, we abated the appeal to the trial court to make findings of fact and conclusions of law in accordance with State v. Cullen, 195 S.W.3d 696 (Tex. Crim. App. 2006). On December 4, 2013, the trial court clerk filed a supplemental clerk's record containing the findings of fact and conclusions of law. Accordingly, we REINSTATE the appeal on this court's docket. It is ORDERED that the State's brief is due within thirty days of the date of this order.
