STATE OF LOUISIANA v. JORDAN DAIGRE

In Re: Jordan Daigre, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 10-15-0087. BEFORE: GUIDRY, DRAKE, AND HOLDRIDGE, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The record of the Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish reflects that relator has been billed for the charges at issue in his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Therefore, a request for release under La. Code Crim. P. art. 701(B) is moot. See State v. Varmall, 539 So.2d 45 (La. 1989) (per curiam). The district court is proceeding toward disposition on the Motion to Quash and Motion for Release of Bond Obligation, as they were set for hearing January 7, 2016.
