On February 12, 2008, this Court entered its order accepting jurisdiction and dispensing with oral argument. However, upon further consideration, we have determined that we should exercise our discretion to discharge jurisdiction in this cause. Accordingly, jurisdiction is discharged and this review proceeding is hereby dismissed.

No Motion for Rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.330(d).
