ORDER

Per Curiam

Phillip Cunningham appeals from the circuit court's judgment convicting him of driving while intoxicated as an aggravated offender. He argues the evidence was insufficient to support the court's finding that he was an aggravated offender. For reasons stated in a Memorandum provided to the parties, we find no error and affirm the judgment pursuant to Rule 30.25(b).
