MODIFICATION ORDER

On June 1, 1999 the Court sentenced Defendant to Possession of Heroin to three years at Level V, suspended after serving twelve months, for the balance at Level II.

On April 16, 1999, Judge Herlihy sentenced Defendant for two counts of violation of probation under ID#30203727DI 92004709DI. Judge Herlihy is modifying Defendant's sentence to two years at Level V, suspended after successful completion of New Hope or Key, for the balance at Level III Crest Aftercare.

The Court is therefore modifying Defendant's sentence under ID#9904004067 to "Upon Successful completition of the Key Program at Level V, Defendant shall serve the remainder of his sentence at Level III, Crest Aftercare."

IT IS SO ORDERED.
