MODIFICATION OF SENTENCE

The sentence order dated April 16, 1999 is hereby modified as follows:

As to IN-92-06-0225-01:

The sentence imposed probationary period had expired. for this charge is vacated as the

As to N-92-12-0001-NI-01:

The defendant is adjudged guilty of violation of probation and the sentence is revoked.

The defendant shall pay the costs, fines and/or restitution as previously ordered.

Effective March 9, 1999, the defendant is placed in the custody of the Department of Correction at Supervision Level 5 for a period of 2 years.

After completing Key, the balance of the Level 5 time is suspended for Level 3 Crest Aftercare. Upon completion of the Level 3 Crest Aftercare, the balance at Level 3.

In all other respects not inconsistent with this order, the sentence order dated April 16, 1999 shall remain the same.
