We affirm the sentence imposed. See State v. Cotton, 24 Fla. L. Weekly D18 (Fla.2d DCA Dec. 18, 1998) (trial court has responsibility to exercise sentencing discretion under the Prison Releasee Reoffender Act). See also State v. Wise, 24 Fla. L. Weekly D657 (Fla. 4th DCA Mar. 10, 1999). We acknowledge and certify conflict with McKnight v. State, 24 Fla. L. Weekly D439 (Fla.3d DCA Feb. 17, 1999), and Woods v. State, 24 Fla. L. Weekly D831 (Fla. 1st DCA Mar. 26, 1999).

Affirmed; conflict certified.
