In re Toxie H. Courtney, Jr., and Toxie H. Courtney, III, applying for writ of certiorari. St. Tammany Parish. Nos. 84830; 84831; 84832; 84833 and 84834.


Granted and remanded to correct illegal sentence as to Toxie Courtney, Jr. See R.S. 14:103 as of time of offense. Otherwise denied.

DIXON, C.J., and CALOGERO, J., would grant the writ.

DENNIS, J., would grant the writ and docket case for argument on question of whether spilling or throwing a drink on a person constitutes a battery under our law.
