APPEAL DISMISSED
Appellate Defender Tristan M. Shaffer, of Columbia, and Termain Cooper, pro se, for Appellant.
Attorney General Alan Wilson, Chief Deputy Attorney General John W. Mcintosh, and Senior Assistant Deputy Attorney General Salley Elliott, all of Columbia; and Solicitor J. Gregory Hembree, of Conway, for Respondent.
PER CURIAM : Termain Cooper appeals his conviction of trafficking in cocaine base, arguing the trial court erred in admitting his statement obtained in violation of Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 (1966). Cooper also filed a pro se brief. After a thorough review of the record and all briefs pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and State v. Williams, 305 S.C. 116, 406 S.E.2d 357 (1991), we dismiss the appeal and grant counsel's motion to be relieved.
We decide this case without oral argument pursuant to Rule 215, SCACR.
APPEAL DISMISSED.
