Substitute information charging the defendant with the crimes of sexual assault in the first degree, attempted sexual assault in the first degree, burglary in the third degree and unlawful restraint in the first degree, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield and tried to the jury before Samuel S. Freedman, J.; verdict and judgment of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
