October 26, 2004. Motion for Rehearing and/or Transfer to Supreme Court Denied January 5, 2005. Application for Transfer Denied March 1, 2005.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis; Timothy J. Wilson, Judge.

Daniel L. Mohs, St. Louis, MO, for appellant.

Jeremiah W. (Jay) Nixon, Atty. Gen., Daniel N. McPherson, Jefferson City, MO, for respondent.

ORDER

Charles Cooper appeals the judgment entered upon the jury's verdict finding him guilty of trafficking in the second degree. We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and find no error of law. An extended opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose. We have, however, provided a memorandum opinion for the use of the parties only setting forth the reasons for our decision. The judgment is affirmed pursuant to Rule 30.25(b).
