STATE of Iowa, Plaintiff–Appellee, v. Michael Wayne CONNOR, Defendant–Appellant.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Lucas County, Gary G. Kimes, Judge. Connor appeals his sentence, claiming the district court abused its discretion by considering improper factors and failing to consider mitigating factors when imposing consecutive sentences.
