STATE of Iowa, Plaintiff–Appellee, v. Edgar CONCEPCION Jr., Defendant–Appellant.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Floyd County, Bryan H. McKinley, Judge. Edgar Concepcion appeals his convictions to murder in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree, sexual abuse in the second degree, and child endangerment, as well as his sentence to life without parole.
