STATE OF LOUISIANA v. JAUVE' COLLINS

In Re: Jauve' Collins, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 03-07-0231. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The record of the Clerk of Court of East Baton Parish reflects that the district court is proceeding toward disposition of relator's "Motion to Appoint Counsel," as it is set for status conference on July 9, 2015. Further, there is no "Request for Transcript Form" (allegedly filed on February 20, 2015) appearing in the district court record. Relator should file the motion with the clerk of court of the district court before seeking relief from this Court.
