STATE OF LOUISIANA v. JERRY COLLINS


In Re: Jerry Collins, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 12-83-0284. BEFORE: GUIDRY, THERIOT AND DRAKE, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED for the sole purpose of transferring the writ application to the district court for consideration of relator's pro se "motion for nunc pro tunc hearing," filed in docket number 12-83-0284 on April 29, 2014. The original of the writ application will be forwarded to the district court clerk of court. We note a similar motion, filed on May 1, 2014 under docket number 10-83-0470, was denied on December 9, 2014.
