WRIT DENIED. The record of the Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish reflects the Request for Transcript and Motion for Appointment of Counsel were withdrawn by relator's counsel at a hearing on December 3, 2013. Further, the record reflects the district court is proceeding toward disposition of relator's Application for Issuance of Subpoena Duces Tecum.
