The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 14th day of March 2005 by Defendant for Extension of Time to File Petition for Writ of Certiorari:
Motion Allowed. Defendant (Wade Larry Cole) shall have up to and including the 4th day of May 2005 to file his/her Petition for Writ of Certiorari with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 15th day of March 2005.
