STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Michael Duane CLAYTON, Appellant.

Katharine P. Curry, Columbia, MO for appelland. Garrick F.D. Aplin, Jefferson City, for respondent.

Katharine P. Curry, Columbia, MO for appelland.

Garrick F.D. Aplin, Jefferson City, for respondent.

Before Division One: Janet Sutton, P.J., and Alok Ahuja and Karen King Mitchell, JJ.

ORDER

PER CURIAM: Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Lafayette County, Michael Clayton was convicted of one count of first-degree drug trafficking, one count of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and one count of forgery. Clayton was sentenced to an aggregate eighteen-year term of imprisonment. He appeals, arguing that the circuit court plainly erred when it failed to issue a curative instruction or declare a mistrial after the prosecution improperly asked Clayton during cross-examination whether a prosecution witness was lying. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
