Order

Per Curiam:

Mr. Howard Chase, IV, appeals his convictions, following a trial by jury before the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, of felony murder, unlawful use of a weapon, and two counts of armed criminal action, for which he was sentenced to life imprisonment on both the murder count and its associated count of armed criminal action and to fifteen years on both the unlawful use of a weapon count and its associated count of armed criminal action, the sentences to run concurrently. On appeal, Mr. Chase challenges the sufficiency of the evidence and claims both instructional and closing argument error. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum of law explaining our ruling has instead been provided to the parties. We affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
