In re: Steve Chapman applying for remedial writs. Parish of Orleans.


Writ granted. Relator's sentence is vacated and set aside. The case is remanded to the trial judge to appoint a sanity commission in accordance with La. Code of Crim. Procedure, Art. 650 et seq. with reference to relator's mental capacity to proceed.

SANDERS, C. J., and SUMMERS, J., dissent from the granting of the writ.
