Charles Champion appeals the sentence imposed following his guilty plea to first degree murder. He contends the inclusion of prior juvenile adjudications in his offender score violated his rights to due process and a jury trial. His arguments are controlled by our decisions in State v. Weber, 127 Wn. App. 879,112 P.3d 1287 (2005) and State v. Johnson, 118 Wn. App. 259, 76 P.3d 265 (2003), review denied, 151 Wn.2d 1021, 91 P.3d 94 (2004); see also State v. Smathers, 109 Wn. App. 546, 549, 36 P.3d 1078 (2001).

Affirmed.

COLEMAN, APPELWICK and BECKER, JJ., concur.
