WRIT DENIED. According to defense counsel, motions are set for July 21, 2016, including defendant's motion to determine source of funding. Since funds may become available following the hearing, this writ application appears to be premature. See State v. Matthews, 99-1875 (La. App. 1st Cir. 12/28/99), 756 So.2d 440 (per curiam).
