STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Charles V. CARTER, Appellant.

Annette M. Wallace, Kansas City, for appellant Karen L. Kramer, Jefferson City, for respondent

Annette M. Wallace, Kansas City, for appellant

Karen L. Kramer, Jefferson City, for respondent

Before Division One: W. Douglas Thomson, P.J., and Alok Ahuja and Karen King Mitchell, JJ.

ORDER

PER CURIAM: Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Charles Carter was convicted of second-degree murder and armed criminal action. The circuit court sentenced Carter to concurrent terms of twenty-seven years’ imprisonment for second-degree murder, and three years for armed criminal action. Carter appeals. He argues that the circuit court erred in allowing a police officer to testify to his interpretation of a security-camera video which had been admitted in evidence, when the officer had not personally witnessed the events depicted in the video. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
