ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Bobby Joe Carlson appeals his conviction following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Cass County for the class D felony of possession of a controlled substance. Carlson argues that the evidence presented at trial was insufficient to support a finding that he knew the bag he was carrying contained morphine. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. Rule 30.25(b).
