ORDER

¶1 Department I of the Court, composed of Chief Justice González and Justices Johnson, Owens, Gordon McCloud, and Montoya-Lewis, considered at its April 6, 2021, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.

¶2 IT IS ORDERED:

¶3 That the petition for review is denied. The "Motion to Authorize Spokane County Superior Court to Vacate PCS Charge and Remand for Resentencing Contingent on Disposition of Motion to Reconsider" is denied without prejudice to the Petitioner filing a motion to vacate directly in the superior court.
