Reversed on the authority of State v. Rodriguez, 523 So.2d 1141 (Fla. 1988) (jurat on sworn motion to dismiss defective where defendant failed to state affirmatively that allegations are true and correct).

Reversed and remanded for proceedings consistent with this opinion.
